Return Policy: By placing an order you agree to the following Terms and Conditions; All returned merchandise for refunds and or exchanges must first be packed in its original boxes and returned back to our dock within 30 days of delivery date prior to any exchanges and or refunds. We do not accept returns and or exchanges on any used and or assembled merchandise. All returned merchandise for refunds and or exchanges are subject to a 15% manufacturers re-stocking fee with all outbound and inbound freight charges paid by our customers. Damaged and or defected merchandise are granted an exchange free of charge, but not limited to a 15% manufacturers re-stocking fee towards cash refunds. Claims for defected merchandise and or missing parts must be made within 10 days of delivery date. Pictures are also required for manufacturer defects and or transit damages. Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 24hrs after your request have been submitted to customer service Monday through Friday, 9:00am till 5:00pm pacific time. Funds are usually available back to your credit card within 72hrs after we have submitted a refund to your credit card or debit card.
